The Three Laws of Performance

This book gives good tips on how to deal with relationships inside of a corporate culture without any drama or emotion, how to deal with change and empower your staff to be inspired by, instead of terrified of, transformation in the organisation. A great read for anyone in the working world. But rather than wallow in negativity, the book  offer communication-based solutions called the “Three Laws of Performance” that  can transform companies and individual relationships. Their ideas may not be revolutionary, I find them interesting and sensible

  1. Hi Evis!
It is true that these laws help in building up good relationships between employer and employee. But this book does not "forecast" the low wages. Within a company, if an employer does not pay the employee enough money, even he may behave good to him, I don't think these 3 Laws will be useful.

  2. Dear Evis,
As you have written we should concentrate on 'communication-based solutions' since the time to persuade people by force is over in the civilized world.

  3. As you have mentioned we live in modern world and in my opinion these three laws are rather forced as other should be added.
    But your comment feels wright.

  4. Dear sir,
What did you mean by saying "relationships without drama and emotion"? In every relation there must be emotion, emotion that will inspire you to reach different peaks, to clear some boarders and transform the organization as you say. Where there is emotion there is a desire to open the horizons of creativity.
