In my opinion practice is very important, but you should have also the Spirit to finish this long trip with approximately 10 000 practicing hours This is a very optimistic approach to all the people that dont believe in Build Talents, but what i could say that is a Talent is the power inside that person that will be with him in every step until end, WILLPOWER. For me this is very important because in a long run there may be a lot of upside downs and what will drive you to success will be the WillPower that you will find inside you and make you pass the bad situations, learn from them and go forward in completing your mission
