this book shows us how to bloster personal and organizational performance and achieve high level of success. It gives us some simple but very useful tips. It focuses in the three lows of performance which are:
1. How people perform correlates to how situations occur to them.
2. How a situation occurs arises in language
3. Future-based language transforms how situations occur to people.
Each low is very important because they tell us how to initiate transformation in an individual or organization. This book is very useful in the field of management and leadership.
