Firstly, what is talent? Talent is the discern the way of movement, the way of interact, the way of adapt to become successfull. But hidden genes neccessary for success must e activated. For this how long do you need to practice in order to achieve excellence?Extensive research, it turns out, has come up with a very specific answer to that question. From art to science and from board games to tennis, it has been found that a minimum ten years is required to reach world – class status in any complex task. This time is minimum, so for the bestsuccess scientist said that 10 thousand hours are required. Those ours must contain practice, practice, practice... Success does not come only from talent. If very clever or talented person for some sports or for other things lives in a village,he/she remain as normal person. But if you take this person and give chance to develop its talent by making practice, they can be succesfull.
I am a teacher. Some students have approximately the same level. But more practising and studing student stays two or three steps frontier than the other in every area.
Yes, practice is very important but we can't deny that talent exists. If there is no talent, does this mean that if we take a group of persons and they spend the same amount of time for practicing in a specific task, at the end, will they all be equally master? I don't think so.
