Book 11:The Three Laws of Performance: Rewriting the Future of Your Organization and Your Life. Authors: Steve Saffron, Dave Logan

1. Performance of a person depends on how to percept the situation. For example if one person earns 50.000euro a year, when he earns 100.000euro,he will feel he is getting rich and he will buy more expensive things. If one person earns 200.000euro, when he earns 100.000euro for a year he will feel he is getting poor and he will save the money. so we can say that we percept the situation according to change. Although both persons earn same money they feel different things. First one becomes happy second one becomes unhappy

2. A situation can be understood with how to present it. For example if you have old friend and you introduce him to your other friends good. They call him honest. But if you introduce him to your friends as if he is bad. Everybody thinks he is bad person. Whatever he does, your friends never change their mind. That is why reference is very important. You see if you change the words we change the behaviors and thoughts.

3.if the people are stock into the past, it is difficult to walk into the light of course strong memory is needed to keep your experiences in your mind but if you think and analyze the past nonstop, you never focus on your future. if you have bad experience about a job it does not mean next person will live same thing because conditions and people change. You should lighten the way of people with your experience, not to cause them lose their hope

  1. A well divided explanation about the book and its details. The colleague has beautifully illustrated the three main principles of the laws of performance by concrete examples and I strongly agree with what has been written there.
