BOOK 1: Changing Minds

 During 21 century  the world is changing very fast with us  however  we  are  afraid many times  to change  because  chancing means our behaviour , behaviour means  about 20 years  or more   of our habits
  One of the most difficult things to change is our behaviours or our selves. This book reminded me the ability to change behaviour. Which factors are most effective in our behaviour? We can find may different  points .I think  one of the most important factor is  environment ,  I want to give an example:  if you use a big spoon ,  you’ll eat  a more .If you serve  yourself  in a big  plate , you’ll eat  more .If  you  move the small  bowl  of chocolates  on your desk  six feet away,  you’ll eat  as much as half. So don’t fight to change your behaviour in the midst of the wrong   environment, so sometimes just change the environment.
There is a lot of advice out there about how to change yourself,  or improve yourself ,your life and your lot, but in the glut of self help advice what exactly do you need to do to change your life for the better?   When we give the answer for this question I think we start to change

    Nice perception of the book done from you especially the part of changing environment first. In fact in my opinion you are right when you say that first we should change the background and then continue with our self, because if you try to change in the same environment it's not worthy.

  2. I like you question at the end of the Comment, and i would like to give a king of opinion. I thing that the change comes from ourselves but we have also to be supported by others, so in here we all together have to make the small change and that small change MADE TO STICK to others and this will continue inch by inch until the final result will come and and we all be able to accept the change.
