CHANGING MINDS




There are few people that embrace change easily.
For most  of cases it is difficult to change people's ideas or opinions, there is resistance to change.
For all have been in a position where they need to convince someone for an idea, and the process of accepting it isn't easy, it needs lot's of arguments to make others think alike.
According to the author there are 7 change levers that need to be considered when we get in a process that requires passing from old to new, introducing new ideas and changing the way people feel about them:
1. Reason
2. Research
3. Resonance
4. Representational Rediscriptions
5. Resources and Rewards
6. Real World Events
7. Resistances
Up to the 6th one they look usual and normal :)  but looking at resistance as a lever to change never occured to me that way, I always considered is as an obstacle I had never seen resistance as a tool to facilitate change. So in  a way the author made me change my view point about it.
