1. When we use a simple communication we wont make the listener get bored and sleep. Important is to deliver the message in a simple way and make the person in front of you remember it.
2. Every one get surprised from an unexpected thing. So deal with unexpectedness to get the attention of the person you want to gain.
3. Talking about a concrete example will induce others to make many comments over it. Is the human nature to talk about something and spread it to others, even it doesn't interest it is done in order to have an issue to chat with friends.
4. As far as some thing is not credible no body would pay attention and take it seriously.
5. All people are overcomed by emotion. And it is hard to forget them. There is no lady in the world who can forget the first time when she have heard from a male the word I love you.
6. Lastly a story is a narrative summary that is used as an example for those who want to get a new life experience.

The book cover grabbed my attention,and i didnt change my mind after hearing the explanation and reading between lines.Wish i read this book some years ago.
