Future Agenda: The world in 2020
Following this video, I would like to add: nowadays the world changes so fast that probably it is already not possible to predict with high accuracy what will happen in the nearest 2-5-10-50 years as all information becomes outdated before it had been said / published / etc.
Though we may assume the main tendencies. For every prediction we know that such ideas already exist and the only question is when they will be available to be spread to the masses.
It was good to know that apart from technology and innovation, the experts of the book hadn't bypassed the healthcare, climate change and happyness issues, keeping a free space for the other people to discuss thoes issues and offer their opportunities.
In conclusion I would like to suggest my Future Agenda, which once was said by Mother Tereza:
"People are unreasonable, illogical, and self-centered. Love them anyway. If you do good, people may accuse you of selfish motives. Do good anyway. If you are successful, you may win false friends and true enemies. Succeed anyway. The good you do today may be forgotten tomorrow. Do good anyway. Honesty and transparency make you vulnerable. Be honest and transparent anyway. What you spend years building may be destroyed overnight. Build anyway. People who really want help may attack you if you help them. Help them anyway. Give the world the best you have and you may get hurt. Give the world your best anyway."
Sincerely,
Tatiana

Hi Tatiana,
YanıtlaSilThe video is very nice. I personally liked a lot and would advice to our classmates to watch too. It is true how the world is chainging and getting improved so fast, if we look in the past for example how people were communicating withour mobile looks interesting but people were still living and doing business at the same time.
And I stil would like and hope that what we are learning and using now will still be able to use and improve in the future.
very interesting video and all data brought somehow are shocking.
YanıtlaSildefinitely our world is changing so fast and i am not sure if we are able to follow the same rhythmic.
Dear Tanya and Anri (as a commentator),
YanıtlaSilI also liked the video and was terrified at the same time but not because it is impossible to catch up but because of the speed. It reminded me a science-fiction novel. It seems to me that the novels we read come to life. What yesterday was imaginary today is real.Speed of the technology change is incredible but human values are the same.
Anri,I think what we learn is a great experience for us,anyway. After all if you learn how to fish you will never be hungry. This , I think, is what we are doing at this course.
Dear Tanja,
YanıtlaSilThe video was very interesting but I liked more your future agenda and the message of Mother Teresa which you will follow.
