The three laws of performance. Rewriting the future of your organization and your life.

The book is attractive since the beginning when it says “rewriting the future”. How can we rewrite the future?! There are many people who use and live with common sayings like “things are meant to be”. We create our perception for the future and live with it and by doing so, in some way, without being aware, we make it even happen. We have created maybe without even being conscious, what the authors of the book call “default future”. It is based on our past activities and experiences and how the things have occurred to us, for this reason “default future” is relative and everyone perceives it by its own.

What looks like the most difficult and complex part is the relationship with this called “default future”. It is complex because if you want to change it and rewrite this future, you have to do directly with your past. To rewrite the future we have to “ignore” the past?!
The different points of view that are described in the book, illustrated with nice examples of real life, are useful for helping us to view things in some other ways and above all, to make us do the things and not simply let them happen “when they are meant to be and how they are meant to be”.

    this book in fact not only for our work but also for our daily performance in our life and the authors wrote this book and requested from every one to start and benefit from this book in our life and teach others to share the main idea in our life

    As I understood, it doesn't want us to ignore our past, it wants understand the effect of past and according to that expend our perspective and rewrite our future.
