Billions of entrepreneurs, Tarun Khanna

During the course I can remember when Mr. Melih Arat recommended us to read the book word by word since any of us could find himself/herself and his/her country somewhere between the lines, and its actually true since I could find many problems and facts we are facing today in this book.Since am working on the land and informal buildings sector in one of the agencies of Albanian Government,I could really find Albania before 1990’s in the describtion on China and nowdays situation is almost the same as India..since the land ownership is a right from the constitution, but at the same time during the transition years many properties rights have been deformed and so on.

This book is not really about entrepreneurship but rather about a broad range of cultural, social, historical and economic subjects involving and contrasting China and India. Billions of Entrepreneurs is part reflection, part history and part prediction about the future. Its really interesting how China and India are changing the world we are living in.

And to conclude in a few words what I learned from this book is:

If good government and private enterprise, combined to work together, can overcome any difficulty and harvest the goods very easy.

  1. it is right
if government and non government collaborate each other i think many of countries will increase their GPA in some few years ,
something else when we speak about egypt is 85 millions or albania it is 3.5 millions and more and more time we listen governmental complain from the number of population , i remember india and china and how they built these countries

  2. I agree with you about the importance of the government but I think we ignore one point. We create and we choose our government. The responsibilities of followers is not less than government's.
