BOUNCE
When we read or hear about successful people the very first thought that coes into our mind and impressed us is their talent. But the book bounce, gives real life evidence and explains the hidden factors which allow the most successful people to rise above their competitors
The book argues that for any significantly complex human activity (especially sports like tennis, football and golf, and games like chess) natural talent is of pretty low importance because the wiring of the brain required to succeed can only be achieved through a massive amount of "purposeful" practice. The book “Bounce” proves that SUCCESS depends on the time that we work on something. The working time or practice makes us master and excel in a certain field. The author gives evidences that what we call talent. He continuous by stating that talent is a myth. There is nothing like talent, there is only time dedicated to one subject. Anybody who spent time on one subject can excel in that field. To support his argument he refers to several examples that give the idea that success is the function of time devoted to one subject.
For sure that practice and hard work are determinant to become master in a craft.Everyone of us can give evidence from his life showing that the time devoted grade him upper and made him a master in a certain level .But I think that a natural attraction is decisive in the beginning of this 10.000 hours work road .
YanıtlaSilIn my opinion in order to achieve success, accept the 10 000 working hours, you should have a clear GOAL, where you want to be??, in order that everything that will be done will be done for that GOAL.
