The book is organized around six core principles labeled the SUCCESs framework
Chapter 1 : Simple
It is very hard to make your idea simple , it need technical ability to make it simple , many time we speak more and more about one topic or to listen a lecture our salesmen , and in the end if you ask yourself what do you have understand and get some times you can’t complete two sentences , for that if we make it simple everyone will understand and remember for more time
For that if we have a goal in our work we have to explain this goal for the worker very simply and ask them to repeat it many time .
Ch.2 : unexpected
Everything unexpected never not forget , why we laugh so much when our children are speaking for something like father and mother because it is unexpected
Ch.3: Concrete
When we have training in our work , the most interesting part in these training when they tell us some stories about their life in different places in the world and their adventures and how they solve their problem
Ch.4 : Credible
No one can deny the value of credibility
Ch.5 :Emotional
It is effected for any one , sometimes how emotional is he ? you decide to take action in the same time because you fell his credible and emotional
Ch.6 : Stories
This is the main secret of effect and successful
