In the early eighties of the last century, many had expected the fall of the Soviet Union . in the 1990 the Soviet Union was collapse, in this time it was one question , which country will be next power to replace soviet union, and USA's researchers were started many studies to anticipate this new power and one of smart leaders in the world try to build a new union, but early in 1986 professor Arbakan was the P.M. of turkey and he tried to build a new economic power in the world , he started to collect many different countries with big number of population in one union , Indonesia 245 million ,Pakistan 178 million , Bangladesh 158 million ,Nigeria 178 million , Egypt 82 million , turkey 78 million , Iran 78 million and Malaysia 28 million and the total of population was a billion .
In the same time many leaders of country were consider that the increasing number of population is a problem not a opportunity
So this book comes today to approve that the increasing of number of population can be big chance for countries if we can lead them in the right way.
So the world today is waiting for the new power (china) and if this collaboration with India will continue in the right way and we can't forget that Chaina and India have one third of world population , we can see a new power and we hope to see a new ethic power in economy and political
each rising empire after a specific time has fall Rome empire, Turkish epmire lately SU and it looks like that it is time for the western countries with USA in the top.

still technology and innovation aren't in the hand of the countries with the highest population level and this in my opinion is a factor to reconsider
