The book is organized around the four things which are: Focus, Grab Attention, Engage and Take Action. The idea to use the application of social media to social causes is wonderful. As a matter of fact the media can easily be a reflection of the social causes. This is much more appropriate when the examples are taken by the individual real stories.

It is a model which I think is being used worldwide especially in what are considered nowadays as reality shows. The reality shows represent more or less the same idea but in a more moderate way. If the author suggests the use of individual story by the media, in the reality shows media, individual and his/her story coexist in the same parallel.

On the other hand, the book is not simply focused on the use of the media only, but it consists of various models than can be used in business style manner. So as a matter of fact it is a combination of media and business and the best examples have been taken by Facebook and Twitter.

In those two sites, you find news, friends, communication and personal stories. At the same time, the owners of such companies generate a vast amount of money. Generally I think the book is well defined.
