Book 1 : Changing Minds

Changing minds
Everyone speak about change in anywhere in companies , in different departements , in election campains , all logos are urges for change , and it is very strange that actual presidents and deputies are speaking also about the change . the talking about change is very interesting for everybody but the difficult to translate it into practice and action
I think to access to go to change we have to cross many stages
1. theoretical conviction , to know some thing about change in this field
2: the practical stage of conviction , to know and conviction that he must do this procedures to change his self
3: the action stage: start the way of change and bear difficult in this way .
4: the maintenance phase and save the change , solve any problem in the road
5: access to phase change , to tasting the change

Everyone has his values and belives , for that the change of belives is very hard , and some people have the Resistance to change but they must looking for a cure for this disease, some times they learn it in the life or they inherits it

Lastly this is a story for a child called (Andi)

Andi don't want go to school because he hates waking up early

, his mother went with him to school and asked his teacher helping
The teacher said don’t worry ,

the teacher started to tell the children a story
She said : it was one bird waked up early and fly from tree to other , and ALLAh ( GOD) give him a gift because he waked up early , he found a worm ( insect) , and when she finished the story , she asked children to give them opinion about this story , she asked Andi , what is your opinion Andi

  1. Hi Karam!
While reading your post I liked too much the phrase "The practical stage of conviction". As Albania is going close to local elections, I hope Albanians will choose able people who try to change people's mind not theoretically but practically by working hard in favor of Albania.

  2. Hi Mr. Karam,

I liked the story about Andi. If little children would have had a brilliant brain like Andy the world would have been in better conditions right now. :-)

The story is a perfect illustration that a single method in order to change someone's mind isn't always resultative. To do that you have to engage other methods as well.
