This book is a courageous approach in studying the economic status and growth of both China and India which are two most populated countries in the word. What are amazing about this book are facts figures and other data for those two countries which seem to be a bit more worthy for the Guinness record book than for economical study.
Nevertheless, the book is quite clear about the way China and India are reshaping their own future. What are discussible stands on how those two countries can reshape our future? As two emerging economies, China and India are creating their stronghold on the stance of most powerful world economies and most probably will become the forthcoming world superpowers thus replacing USA.
What about their culture, way of living and traditions? Can they affect the rest of the world? Can they reshape our own future regarding this domain? Maybe the economical force can dictate partially the insertion of Chinese or Indian cultures in the rest of the can countries but not to plant it or to reshape the future. The best example is the current position of both those countries. Despite the global dominance of UK in the past or currently USA, China and India have preserved their own culture and traditions. They have taken the best of economical skills from the developed countries, implemented in their own economy and processed them into new techniques and models.
Both of the countries are like 1/3 of the world population, they really do not need the rest of the world and the internal market will be enough for them for the next 10 years. It is really scary but change is not always bad and competition is always good.
