Of course looks easier in saying but doing thats all another story. The capability to change peoples minds is a tool that distinguishes successful leaders. In order to become capable in changing other peoples minds first you have to be able to change your own mind, perspective or way to see the world. Of course it is not an easy task but requires gifts and good will. Gift as only those gifted in accepting change can become successful in achieving such thing and good will as liken everything else in life it all has to start from a sparkle.

The mass is a flock of sheep which exhibits herd behavior almost anywhere and anytime i.e. they almost never concentrate on the essence of the things their leader says.
YanıtlaSilAll they do is detect the rigidness, the strictness, the self confidence the leader exhibits while speaking and get exalted, inebriated, and pushed to do certain things.
In order to change this populace's mind I think being rigid and unmoving is the best tool.
Of course there are instances where the leader empathizes with the populace, where his/her change in mindset is directly reflected to his/her people, where in order to change the mind of the crowd you have to begin from yourself, but I think suchlike cases are extremely rare.

You can pretend you have changed but people feel it is not genuine. Unluckily many people pay attention to change their image rather than their real selves. That has never worked to the end.
YanıtlaSilRezart what you state is easier to be said that it is to be done. In real life things are just not that easy but we have to keep in mind the theory in order to have the sample.
